I have a 5167r Aquanaut 3k watch. I recently had to buy another strap because my partner took over the old strap and cut it. With the new strap there is a gap between the strap and the watch. It does not fit flush inside the lugs and there is a gap. Luckily no gaps at all on the clasp. I purchased some thicker spring bars thinking it would fix the problem, specifically 1.8mm by 20.0mm Everest brand. Still a gap between the band and watch. As per an older forum post it said this should have fixed the problem. Would anyone who is more familiar recommend going with a 2.0mm or 2.5mm or will I still have the same problem?
