Recently bought an aquanaut rep with the ‘12’ being slightly misaligned. I emailed a few different places to see whether anyone would be able to fix it before going the route of a new dial.
I emailed Lucian on 10/05 at 9am, received a reply back within 30 minutes about how it would be resolved, cost and where to send to. Very polite response, very fair cost.
I sent it same day by special delivery so it arrived next day on 11/05. Lucian kept me updated that it had arrived and when work would begin.
Work was done by 15/05, took a day to let it set and double check it was all good, really appreciated this rather than it being a rushed job.
