Pre-emptive reply: I do not know what extras, if any, come with the 50th "Patch" model over a traditional Moonwatch, only that it costs $1,000 more. Additionally, I asked why the White Gold model was $6,000 more than the other Gold models, he said that White Gold is harder to work with. [I don't know, I'm just relating what I was told...]
