5+ year old PAM024 - what do I have?

Recently picked up this piece. I've been told it's about 5 years old. All I know is that it has a high beat 7750 and the AR on the crystal is starting to 'bleed' or decay. Can anyone enlighten me further? Caseback engraving looks too fine to be DSNs.

It is a really nice watch. It is not at all a DSN. Because dial, bezel, CG, Crown, caseback, etc... are really different.
AFAIK it has some fantasy in bezel because the A-series, as you know, is polished and minute markers in bezel start from D-series

I think it is a Cartel version with a customized bezel. A-series Caseback engraving and dial are exactly the same.

About the bezel I have not found the exact origin, maybe a bezel from an A21j version of D-series

It doesn't seem a DSN dial, see the subdial @9 are different, the fonts of the inscriptions mainly in R you can see the differences, R_AI espace is different, contour in dot markers is thicker than DSN ones, T SWISS MADE T position is different

However see the same characteristics in Cartel dial

This is not a DSN dial (I have experince comparing dials). Anyway I could prove it with some pics, but I think it is not worth.

The caseback is exactly the same. Only the bezel changes.
This product was added to TT catalogue on 7 April 2006. So it is possible five years old.

How's the datewheel and lume?

Datewheel font looks ok, white on black, cant tell the difference between the overlays or stock ETA. Lume is not bad as well, bright enough to begin with but doesn't last that long.
