I started to approached Nikz19 around mid-March this year for a servicing request.
I've already had experience with a few other watchmakers (both on this forum and locally); so I've some prior expectations of how things may turn out. However, the entire experience with Nikz way exceeded my expectations.

- Nikz was friendly and I feel comfortable to communicate with him regarding some of the concerns I have. He was also patient and gave me the assurance that I needed (about being careful with the hands )
- I was updated throughout the entire process. Images of the work done at each step of the process were shared, even when I did not request for it.
- The work done was careful and meticulous. Winding is buttery smooth and the chronograph pushers are firm but not hard to actuate. The hands are in the same condition as it was prior to the service.
- Nikz was kind enough to help me source yet another set of hands for my other 116500 with banged up hands.
- Turnaround time is very fast. I've waited for months (4-9 months) just for a regular servicing (Asian 2824 movement). Nikz's efficiency is amazing (~1 month), given that there are also many others who are in line waiting for their watches from Nikz.
- 15 Apr : Watch received by Nikz
- 22/23 Apr : Communication to confirm the work to be done
- 5 May : Images of the movement being serviced
- 6 May : Finalising & Payment
- 8 May : Shipped out
- 20 May : Received (Postal is slow nowadays)
