5 Orders with Chazingtime - one went wrong (so far)

First of all, I am a big Patek fan.

I have always liked the platinum Calatravas with hand finished enamel.

So my first order was a replica of the 5088 (version from 2013.)

The watch was ordered on September 2, 2022.

QC came 2 days later.

The watch arrived at my home on September 12, 2022.

Perfect.

The second order was a 5226 Calatrava replica

Ordered on 13 October 2022

this time QC needed about 1,5 weeks
The reason was that the Watch was a DOA, as I was told when asked after a week. during it test, the Watch stopped after some time.


In the meantime I decided that I wanted the other Strap. The change was no problem, a day later followed the 2nd QC with the desired Strap. great and fast and flexible service.

The watch arrived on 31 October 2022.

The next watch was a replica of the 5320 with a cream dial.

This was ordered on November 3, 2022.

QC followed 3 days later.

The watch arrived on November 14, 2022.

Now follows the order with which I have problems so far, which unfortunately could not be solved satisfactorily until today.

I ordered a Calatrava 5524 Pilot Time on November 28, 2022.

But let's get to the positive part of the order first: I have asked whether I get the dark brown instead of the black bracelet. This was also no problem, to my surprise I received QC of the watch and of a brown extra strap, which means I got both straps.

The watch reached me on December 15.

Unfortunately, after a few days I had to realize that the watch stops even if se was fully wound. Both in the watch winder and on the wrist (on the wrist less often because of the movements). I decided to contact QC. They did not understand how a watch could stop and told me to wear it, then it would run safely. They also advised me against a watch winder.

I tried again to explain that even if the watch is wound to the maximum, it stops regularly. I was advised to make the watch run with gentle pushes. This, of course, I had already tried. I was offered to send the watch back to them.

Now I already had experience with the strict customs and the unreliability of shipments to China. I had already sent back a watch 2 times, this one time did not arrive, the other time it was confiscated.

I personally found it a pity that I am not really helped. I personally would have found it great if they had ruled with a voucher for the next order and I can have the watch repaired here locally at my expense.

I really hope it will come down to last (update will follow).

The next order was a terrific highlight for me:

I ordered the watch on 01 december 2022,

QC came 12 h later.

Unfortunately the microrotor was obviously damaged. What I also immediately complained.

Another 24h later I got new QC pictures with replaced rotor.

Perfect.

I also received this watch on December 16, 2022.
