Took it off to show him the weight of it (compared to his thin quartz) and he says the date is wrong.
Big embarrassment - he told me the date was wrong - now telling everyone how proud I am of my rep and the date doesn't work
I have since discovered that on my watch of you change the date by the quickset (as i did for November) it doesn't turn around afterwards.
I have to change it by rotating the hour hand.
Morale: Get an ETA clone movement next time. Nothing more embarrassing than being called out on a 4813,
