I use this. you can get it from Birdman, one of our trusted brothers around here. I just open it wide and put the flat teeth in. Hold it secure and it works just fine. Then with all the other attatchments you can open most of your watches,

Everyone needs a Jaxa style caseback opener. I picked up a cheep one several years ago.
Mine would just fit the back of the 44mm Pams but not the 45mm or 47mm types, and the
49mm Railmaster no way. Its a nice luxury to have a dedicated opener for a perticular model.
I modified mine enough so it now works on 45mm Pams and my Railmaster. In the picture
below I removed the bottom plate by the 4 screws and nuts and filed the travel openings
at point A and B to be longer and its working for me.
By the way it seems every caseback gasket I check is bone dry. I love the way a screwback
case seats with a freshly greased gasket, has a good feel.
