Just wondering if overall people think the 43mm Breitling Avenger case size is too big. From what I know, most people consider anything over 41mm to be "oversized"

Most of my divers and chronographs are 43mm my smallest being a 41mm datejust..
and my wrist isn’t exactly huge. Just under 7 or right at it and 42 is def. not oversized. 46 and over is pushing it for me personally...
lug to lug is the measurement I mostly consider

I am a Breitling addict. My watch collection ranges in size from 42 to the Super Avenger at 48mm. My favorite size is 44mm on my 6.75" size wrist.

tkingjr thats almost exactly my wrist size. Love the 43mm Navi on my wrist and the 46mm world some times looks big and other times it doesn’t... but I love it and will wear it nonetheless!

Here’s my Avenger 43mm I’ve had for a few years. Love the quality and it’s probably the biggest I’d go. It wears smaller also due to the 12.5mm thickness.

All depends on wrist and comfort. My wrist is 7.5". Way back when I started collecting, my 38mm DateJust was a good size, now I have to put it on a bund to make it wearable. 41mm is good for everyday. I do have 44, 47 and larger. I'm old, so 44 Pams are now great for eyesight. I have many gens, and it sucks not being able to see the dial detail - and just try using the slide rule on a Navitimer...but I digress. Enjoy your choice, and don't worry because nothing has to be permanent

Interesting perspective. It’s also funny how styles and what’s important change over the years. I bought a gen Black Bay 41 a couple years ago and felt it was on the smaller side. Two years later it almost feels too bulky!
