I have very skinny (6"1/4) wrists, so would almost certainly want the smaller 42mm version of the PO.

Most of my research from the board on the improving PO versions refer to the 45.5mm version. With the ultimate edition V.4/5? being the latest and best?

Do these editions also match up with the smaller 42mm reps? For example do you also get a version 4 ultimate edition in 42mm, and is it identical to the 45.5mm version? (only smaller..)

Basically I want the best 42mm Rep I can find, but if the 45.5mm are better reps I may consider one of these instead.

Can anyone with similarly slim wrists comment on how the sizes fit them?

I have a 6.25 inch wrist and have the latest gen PO from Sead. The 45.5 is too big on my wrist.

here is a pic of Narikaa's 42.5 PO (which I sold for Sead's) on a 6.25 inch wrist

I have 6.75" wrists and won't wear a 45.5mm PO. I tried on a gen and thought it looked like a wall clock on my wrist.

I have a 42.5mm (orange bezel, rubber strap) on order from Narikaa. He is in Asia now, I believe, so if you want one of his, I suggest you see if he's still accepting orders. He ran out of his last batch.

Here is a 45mm PO on a 7.25 wrist. In the flesh it doesn't look as 'dwarfing' as it does in the pictures. I think the 42mm would suit my wrist better though.

My wrist is more or less the same size as yours, I can only wear a 42mm PO. I've also tried the 45.5 PO at an AD before, and the lugs stick out of my wrist.

Here's a wrist shot of my 42mm PO, it fits just right.

Thanks for the replies and pictures!

Without a doubt I know now I need a 42mm PO :D .

I have a different rep on order from 'Precious Time' at the moment, if I'm happy with that I'll see if he can get me a 42mm UTO PO.

My watch collection just keeps getting bigger and bigger...

Ive been looking at 45mm UPO's for a while now but I like the chrono look. Was there ever a 42mm PO chrono? I've got a 7.25" wrist so I don't think i can pull off the 45.5 and there aren't any Omega ADs around here for me to try one on on an be sure.

I believe it has been said that the chrono replicas have the chronos in the wrong positions on this watch. But I wouldn't be able to tell unless I took a look at both which I haven't before. I prefer the non-chrono so haven't had that issue.

For anyone interested I did a little research on Omega PO sizes.

The 45.5mm is actually the 'over-size' version of the watch.

The 42mm is the standard size.

Then there's also a 'mid-size' 36.25mm size for smaller wrists (model: 2222.80.00). I've never seen this size reped at all?
