Ive read that there was a 42mm Radiomir but dont seem to find any TD have them on their site, only 45mm.

1. So does these still exist ?

2. Does the 45mm radiomir wear smaller?

They still "exist" but they're somewhat rarely seen....I picked this one up @ 5 years ago from a buddy who originally got it from Reg (Narikaa)...
It's a "fantasy" model, but who cares...??
And yes, it does "wear" a bit smaller than its 45mm bretheren...
Here's a "family picture" to show the size difference...

The only acceptable replica of Radiomir 42mm is PAM 369
A good watch with good movemnt. But non accurate replica, because it has display saceback instead of solid caseback and inverted position of sub-dials.

EVALUATION: LOW GRADE REP (good quality watch - read comments)
The gen PAM 369 is a Radiomir Chronograph of 42mm introduced by Panerai in 2011 N-series. The gen has Minute counter @9 and seconds sub-dial @3 in a sausage black dial. This watch is fitted with the movement OP XII hidden by a solid caseback.
From June 2012 there is a replica fitted with a very good movement Seagull ST19 but has Display caseback instead of Solid like the gen. Furthermore, it has wrong dial arrangement with seconds sub-dial @9 and minute counter @3. Read about that here:

Since the maker has fitted this replica with a very good movement, we can expect a good quality watch, but we have a very inaccurate replica due of above mentioned issues. A maker decision difficult to understand. Low grade replica in a very high quality watch.

I didn't know the ST19 could be an automatic as well! Nice! Love the watch!

So, I know this is an ancient thread, but I'm curious about this exact topic. Are there any 42mm Radiomir reps that exist with a decent movement these days? Fantasy versions are fine.
