Andrew @trustytime is the best! I had questions, that were answered quickly. Sent my qc photos (which I scrutinized since it was my first purchase from him) and all was perfect. Watch hit the states on May 2nd AFTER the new tariff law went into affect. There was no issue with shipping at all. Watch made it to my front door within 2½ weeks of shipping (which took a little longer due to back up at customs) but made it through ok. The watch was packed in a bombproof styrofoam container and wrapped up tight with no room for it to move around. When it arrived, it was nicer than I expected and in pristine condition. I liked dealing with Andrew so much that I ordered 3 more. I am a type of customer that has questions and dont mind paying for good service. I will be ordering more from Trusty Time in the future.
