42 or 40mm PAMs

It seems as if the smallest reps that are PAMs are larger than 42mm. Am I missing a TD that offers a 337, 392, etc.

I'm hoping the wisdom of the crowd will prove this newbie wrong

There's several 40MM PAMS available, the most common is the PAM 48, but you can find a couple of fantasy models. No one carries the 42MM Radiomir's you reference.
