41mm Frosted AP 15400 from ppwatch question

Does anyone know if this is a custom job or TD's have it?

Also from the pictures can anyone tell what factory the watch is from?

All the frosted AP reps ive seen from TD's incorrectly have the AP logo on the bracelet over the clasp frosted whereas this doesn't.
