Hey guys. My wife bought me the 417kw this past Xmas & she didn't know to ask for qc images. Unfortunately I wound up with the brown dial & quite frankly I hate the watch. So I have 2 questions: how hard is it to source the correct black dial & does anyone know of a watch smith in NYC that would be willing to do it?

Thx

Have you reached out to kw for a replacement dial?
as for watchsmiths in NYC, I'm not too sure of any. Used to be a guy I used in FiDi, but he closed shop. If you get the dial may wanna reach out to one of the modders on the board.
OR sell the watch on m2m and order a new one with the right dial color. Might be the easier route to go.

Thanks Vbmrk for the response. I wouldn't know how to get in touch with the kW factory. I didn't even think you could reach them. I think you're right in that a m2m may be the best way to eventually get the right dial.

Sell it. Buy a new one. Don't tell her.

This. I've just blatantly snuck a 415 under the radar. My other watch is a 112. She hasn't spotted it yet...

All I need now is for my bro-in-law to notice it (he will) and drop me right in it in front of her!
