40mm Pams, has the quality improved?

Is there some new versions of 40mm Pams doing the rounds?

I was always lead to believe that the 40mm Pam reps were of fairly poor\average quality, however the Puretime new website has quite a lot and the pricing suggests otherwise.

I think the main problem of the 40 mm Pams is that the factories have a very limited production
