Today I received my third order from TT.......a Noob V10 Submariner and a Panerai Luminor Marina. I ordered both watches on 5/21/2020 and received them in the US on 06/03/2020....I thought that was a pretty amazing turnaround and I thank Andrew sincerely for processing the order so quickly.

I need to take a moment to swallow my pride and offer Andrew a sincere apology. When I received the Rolex, I could not identify the holographic etching at the 6'oclock position. Thinking that I had been "swindled" I immediately contacted Andrew threatening to severe all ties with TT. He responded....calmly assuring me that the etching is designed NOT to be detected by the human eye. The etching is one of those "hidden" secrets that is used to verify the authenticity of the watch. The "noob" in me is becoming very apparent.

I downloaded an app that allows for greater magnification and placed it over the face of the watch. Andrew was absolutely 100% correct....The etching was there - invisible to the naked eye. I felt like an a**

Andrew has been nothing but straightforward and honest with me through all of our dealings and I am embarrassed that I doubted his expertise and judgement in this last transaction. I will be continuing to use TT for all of my future replica purchases.

Andrew...if you read this...…we all make mistakes and I am sorry.

Update...............
As I mentioned earlier, I received the Noob Sub V10 and the Panerai Luminor Marina yesterday. Unfortunately, the Sub didn't handle the trip so well. The date wheel does not automatically adjust over a 24hr period (despite moving the hands over a 36hr and 48hr period). It will adjust manually if I use the crown. So...…I am getting another crash course in reps - Returns! Andrew has been extremely responsive in educating me on what needs to be done.
1. He sends you the return instructions.
2. You fill out a watch repair form. One goes to him - one goes with the package.
3. Send off the package. Andrew will send you out DETAILED instructions to complete the customs form. I used USPS International Priority Mail (Flat-Rate Box).........it's around $36.00 for a 6-10 day delivery. \
4.Send Andrew the tracking #.
5. Wait.
6. Wait.
7. Wait....and hope customs hasn't snatched up your package.
8. Wait.
In all honesty, I can't say what will happen if it gets caught up in customs. Despite TT's 6-month warranty, the instructions clearly absolves them from any responsibility due to customs issues even if you received a defective item. I guess I'll just be out some $$$$ and have to find another hobby :(.
