I got my 3rd and 4th orders today.
The times I cannot comment as GF Breitling was not available from any other TD s. I think I ordered in February, after Chinese New Year.
The support was great. I got extra pictures in QC.
The QC for ZF 15500 was given in a few days after completing the order despite somebody from the team stating there is no stock, they still found some.
As we can imagine, there are multiple people on the support team, at least that is what I think as the info was sometimes doubled and answered differently depending on the time.
My first order, last year, included 2 watches, from which only one got to me, but that was not an issue. A second one was sent soon after.
All in all, Great TD, can't compare to others as when I find one I like, I stick with his services.
I can at least confirm whatsapp is faster than other TD s i wrote to to compare prices. "Steve" always replies by the next day, and sometimes even instantly. I sometimes have multiple requests, ask many questions and he is patient with me
