Interesting:
- In gen thats the 5740 movement, but looks overall thick
- The 5712 PPF V1 used a micorotor Hangzhou 5000A as a base and here it seems to be another very very heavily modded movement
- PPF is not using their clone 240 as a base here and instead 3kf is going the ZF/PPF route of modding 9015
Gen comes in at 9.71mm. From the side profile, this looks a little thicker. It'll be interest what this one comes in at.
I agree. Thickness is essential in these models. It looks completely off it it’s thicker.
still waiting al this time for an affordable perpetual calendar 5740 which would also lead these watches to work properly.

The 5740 is a grail. One and done. Ok not one , but all the other models as well. Which includes fully working versions of the ones in this release by 3kF.
I also request the nicest TD around to bring us an affordable perpetual calendar! So we may have 20 Patek Grand Complication models. Please ask the factories!

I agree. It's surprising that no "standard price" movement factory has made the perpetual calendar version of the 240 movement yet. We want a perpetual calendar!
Ok. I compared this movement with the 5740 with some hope of a slight chance that it is a working perpetual calendar.
Nope. No chance. Now that’s cleared this is probably a triple calendar. I don’t this is worthy of 3kF’s effort

Same movement as twf 5740, meaning no perpetual calendar. Were still stuck paying 10k for a god damn ACE..
May I present the possibilities of a working 5740 working rep caliber.

Looks great in the front. For 3K I expected a clone movement. A heavily modified Miyota 9015 wouldn't be the most stable movement out there unfortunately. Looks thicker than the gen too.
