Hello, thanks for looking. This is a Aquanaut 5167 V3 from 3KF. I wore the watch infrequently and it is in very good condition. The watch has seen no serious bumps, scrapes or drops during the time I've had it, though please expect some swirls and whirls typical of normal wear.
Regarding the rubber strap pieces pictured, two pairs (four pieces) are included with the watch: one pair of 3KF pieces and one pair of ZF pieces. Both of the 3KF pieces are new and unsized. Of the ZF pieces, one piece is full-length and unsized, and should supply more than enough total circumference with the other piece for most wrist sizes. Although people generally agree that 3KF makes the best Aquanaut, swapping in a ZF strap is also generally considered to be an upgrade for the 3KF because ZFs rubber is softer than 3KFs and the tire-tread pattern is better defined.
