37mm AP 15450 JF White...

Hi guys,

Brand new to reps and don't want to give my TD a hard time, so thought I'd run the pics I've received past you:

I don't want to break any rules, as the watch seems OK in my opinion but any specific advice around:

1. Is this the latest version (I was originally emailed pics of an old version but then TD himself, to be fair, made me aware of this and sent these)?
2. I don't wan't to be unfair/picky but is it me or is there too much white space 'below' the date wheel text?
3. Is the AP logo slanted?

Sorry if this is breaking any rules but just want to make sure I get off to a good start with the rep game

I'm also purchasing a Rolex YM but the QC pics were excellent so just need to get watch sorted

Shoot!!! thanks for letting me know (i've rechecked and can confirm that I'm not a lady )

I just went for 37mm in case 41mm is too big and I'm not really into big watches per se... so is 37mm definitely exclusively ladies only or unisex?

Thanks would you say the 37mm wears similar to a Rolex Submariner 16610 t? (as I have a gen of this and it's just perfect) - I have requested a swap to 41mm with the TD - thankfully the price is the same but if I don't need this then I can leave it as is i.e. 37mm?

Not really. I have a gen 114060 and the 37mm Royal Oak wears way smaller (as per my experience in AP boutique).

I end up buying the 41mm which wears great in my 17cm wrist.

If the Submariner wears perfectly I would suggest the 41mm. That's my experience and I have a 17cm wrist.

Agree. 41mm RO is huge!
37mm RO is closer to a 39mm version submariner - so feel a little small (if you're used to wearing a sub).

Here's my 37mm on 6.75-6.8" wrist

Thanks Mech - hmm, that pic has surely confused me "to 41 or 37.... that is the question..."

let's see how the TD responds... will leave it in their capable hands - one thing's for sure I can't wait for either version

^^ personally I would recommend going for the 41mm at first and see if you feel comfortable with size.

If not, sell it and try the 37mm.

It's a gentlemans watch... The men's original Rolex DJ/DD is 36mm... You must be overweight like most americans (just over generalizing..lol).

Imo, the RO is a dress watch not a sports watch.. 41mm for a simple and thin watch looks off to me..

hey guys - good news! my 37mm AP (+ YM 2016) both arrived yesterday and I'm really pleased with both purchases (Chazingtime really delivered exactly what they promised to - kudos to Ken and Jay!) - the only thing is on the AP the date wheel isn't 100% aligned and imo the logo is definitely slanted (although I did pick up on this at QC stage, I was so keen to get these two that I happily accepted - so this isn't the fault of the TD in anyway tbh).

I'm just sending my gen submariner off for servicing now so will enjoy the AP for the next few weeks - after I get my rolex back though I'd like to get the logo and date wheel fixed, can you please suggest a good modder based in the UK or EU who could help?

Thanks - p.s. for my wrist size the 37mm wears perfectly - imo anything bigger would have been too blingy / over the top especially in a white dial.

Date is normal 98% have that (in real life noone see that) and yes logo is missaligned its alligned to the "P" which is not good it must alligned to the "A" then it is slightly missaligned too but thats because of the logo itself and it is on gen too

Buy a 15400 because the 37 mm Version looks way to small on your wrist for my taste

Thanks tiger! good news is that it's off to the hospital (DOMI) and hopefully will get this sorted along with a new crystal, improved lume and waterproofing

can't wait
