372 caseback remover

Ok, so a solid case back for my 372 arrived from vintage watch parts(great service) but i can't remove the clear caseback ,tried tape and sticky ball.Anyone know where to get a cheap removal tool ,or can someone find it in there hearts to lend me one in the UK ?

I've had luck in a pinch using one of those rubber jar openers that your grandmother probably has aplenty in her kitchen
