33mm Ballon Bleu TW versions

So I am in a process of buying a 33mm Ballon for my fiancee.

Decided to go quartz and the best way being TW V4.

But these are the pics of the qc I got (declined that watch so I guess I can post):

Pics show TW V4 from chazingtime and intime and all dealers and as you can see my qc piece has:
1. smaller sapphire crown cabochon
2. caseback sticking out as if not installed properly, in dealer pics it is flush
3. Caseback serial number ending with VX has no space between this and reference number in qc pics and it does in all dealer pics as per gen as well.

Furthermore the endlink seems flimsy and allows too much wiggle of the bracelet from what I see in pics and X marker has some missing paint as if it was chipped.

Do you guys know is this is how current tw v4 ballon should look like? Am i being unreasonable?

What a joke, just received a set of new QC pics and after 5 days they sent me pics of the same watch with same flaws (even missing paint on X marker).

Anyone purchased a TW V4 33 mm lately?

I also noticed that CARTIER is embossed! And it should be painted. What a nightmare of a deal.

I've just ordered the automatic (Seiko) version, so will hopefully get the QC images in a couple of days. Thanks for the heads up....some good checks to look out for. I'll let you know how it compares.

Update - they magically managed to find a correct V4 TW

All flaws corrected with this one and I hope to have it soon.
