3285 stem removal

Hi all, I’m new here and to the world of replicas….. I have slight issue with my explorer 2 gmt 3285 cloan…..the hour hand has come loose…..easy fix although any help on which position the crown needs to be in to remove the stemso I can take the movement out…….eta 2824 needs to be in the hack setting but think the 3285 can be removed in the winding position

No need to have it any certain position. Just keep it in the winding position.

Many thanks for your help….. I had a gut feeling it would be ok but as we have all fell foul of the eta 2824 etc trap want to keep it simple!

I learned not to use tweezers to release the stem on a 2824.
