It started with a replica F-91W from AliX and removed the internals. I then transplanted the metal buttons and the internals into a custom created 3d printed case. A nice part about the case I made it so it accepts the original rubber straps AND 18mm nato straps (or leather if you really want!). The case is printed in black PLA+, with red, white, and orange PLA for the text. I was able to retain the beep when you push each key. All functions work on the watch. Due to the construction, there is absolutely no waterproof rating.
If these are popular I can make more, but I may increase the price as I will have to do a redesign due to different pusher dimensions present in new watch, and any improvements people want on case (IE lug width change, color combos, etc.)
Base specifications:
- 3d printed plastic case, four colors of PLA+/PLA, .12mm layer height, with custom settings including ironing to make text look good!
- Correct font for RWI logo
- Custom created font for "NWR", which stands for "Not Water Resistant" as the Casio ones are water resistant and the biggest text on them is "WR"
- Counterfeit F-91W from AliX. You can replace with genuine F-91W movement and case back if you desire. Very easy swap... four screws, and done!
- Arrows to indicate where buttons are on face
- Lug holes!
