My second proper rep purchase , first off another td didn't go well but i reported them and accepted the loss .dived straight in with another td.just recieved my tag automatic carrera and a ceramic chanel j16 for my mrs.well happy with the service ,delivery time and everything.the watches are great,both mid range price wise,arrived safe and sound.I'm very happy.lesson learnt and il be using tony again.highly recommended from start to finish

Yeah I opened a ticket, but I stated that I didn't want the hassle of returning, I was told there was nothing they could do, the td did offer a refund but like I said I didn't want to return and wait months for a refund.lesson learnt and I won't be using them again or recommending them either. As a newbie I didn't want to shout from the rooftops
every dealer offers the same thing. If you would have had an issue with this watch Tony would offer you a refund also. It's just how it is. very nice watch too. I love the open caseback on those.
