2nd order with Steve Planet Ocean - some minor communication issues

With this being my second purchase from Steve I had the upmost faith in how he handles business.

I received the QC images several days after picking an in stock watch. Paid the same day.

Upon asking for a shipping update several weeks later, I was asked to send payment again. I provided screen shots of payment sent and email acknowledgement of payment being received

I was communicating between email and WhatsApp, so I hope the issue is resolved.

I sent the follow up message with proof of payment via WhatsApp today. I will update as soon as I receive a response.

Update:
Steve reached out. The confusion was in replying to the QC email. As opposed to the WhatsApp message. Order is being packaged and will be shipped out ASAP!
