2nd Order with Jtime, Li hooking it up!

I just made a second order with Jtime for a GMF Batman with the jubilee bracelet. I like the 904 steel in the watch, and it's just a watch I would love to wear. My last one (Omega Planet Ocean) keeps time better than any of my watches and looks fantastic. I'm excited to see this new one! I just made payment today via WU, will update back once I receive QC pics.
I spoke with Li several times over Whatsapp, and had a ton of help picking a great watch that I would love. Communication was prompt and courteous and I am very happy to have found a good TD!

Payed via WU 10 days ago, haven't seen a QC yet. Not sure what the hold up is, I messaged Li a few days ago and he said it'll come soon. On a side note, he hasn't picked up the money yet so I'm not too worried... but I wish he'd update me on what the hold-up is.

Edit: is it normal to wait this long for a QC? The first watch I bought from him was basically here (USA) in 10 days from when I paid.

First, noobs should learn to avoid WU and switch to BC. WU is a pain for either side - do you really like to fill a form and stand in line at your local safeway or check cashing store, generally waste like 1/2 to an hour? It will be the same for the recipient. Not to speak of higher commissions either way with WU.

Yep, Li has mentioned he was in the hospital for a bit, and is probably back to business now.

Rewind, go back to first point. A fella who is not doing so well at the present, would he prefer to deal with stuff he can address electronically, or spend time driving over to his local cashing center and waiting in line for 2 hours there maybe ??

Well, of course as soon as I post Something I get the QC pics in. I told him to GL it, I was happy with it. I will attach the QC pics.
Regarding WU- I asked Li how he wanted payment, and he offered a discount for WU. I considered crypto as well, but since I do not have any BTC or ETH available ATM, the exchange fees for fiat would have been well over the $5 I pay for WU. I started a transfer online and spent 5 min completing it at the store. If it's a pain for the recipient, why would he offer a higher discount for it? I appreciate the input, but if I were the seller and it was too inconvenient for me- I wouldn't offer it or would make it less attractive as an offer (no discount). Just my 2 cents.
Ok so the picture uploader is not working for me right now, keeps erroring out saying a duplicate already exists. I tried renaming the phones, no dice. I'll try again later. Suffice to say, I couldn't find any issues with the GMT Batman that bothered me, and I asked Li (since he was the one physically looking at it) if there was anything wrong with it that he could tell- and he said it looked good or he wouldn't have sent the QC to me. I told him to send it, so I'll report back when I receive it (and try again later on the QC pics).

The qc pictures are not uploading when you use the little cloud icon. You need to upload the pictures too imgbb.com once there uploaded copy and paste the bb code of each picture to get it to display the pictures. Hope that helps

Well, I was sent the tracking info 6 days ago, but DHL still has not received shipment yet. DHL lists the shipment as created, but they have not received the parcel as of today. Li told me it was sent out, I guess through a different parcel service that is delivering it to DHL? I'm not sure. Regardless, still waiting on Delivery.

So it's been a week since I received DHL tracking info and DHL still has the status as "shipping info received" as in they are not in possession of the shipment yet (the shipment was setup, but not given to DHL yet). Does anyone know if domestic shipping companies deliver to DHL in China, and those comapnies sometimes get extremely backed up? I really don't want to bug Li, but last time he sent me tracking info and DHL had it to my door in 4 days or less. Not only that, but DHL was showing a status on day one. Just worried that it got lost before the shipper even received it...

You need to contact Li as this is not correct and shouldn’t be happening. I think he is getting busier though as I’m on my 3rd deal with him but definitely a bit slower to process this time around.

Anything is possible really. I had many shipments from China and many via DHL that start out with a local carrier. I had some delivered by USPS and in my mailbox, rather than at my door. Some where here within 4 days (to Cali) and other 3 weeks.

I'd say give it a few more days and send Li a note. You might want to also call DHL, as they might have additional information that their system is not showing.

I've been communicating with Li for a while now and this morning I ordered 2 Omegas. Everything has been smooth sailing and he's top notch, so I'm sure he'll take the time to look into it at his end.

Hope this gives you peace of mind.

I messaged him on Whatsapp last night and he replied that there was a typhoon in Hong Kong recently which caused the delay. He said be patient, it will be moving soon according to his shipping agent. I know there can be delays when ordering stuff from the other side of the world (I'm in USA), I guess I just got spoiled when my last shipment was on my wrist less than 1 week after I QC'd it. =)
