297 factory identification

As usual I like to know about some of my rep's history. I just received a second 297 from M2M, with full steel bracelet (it was missing on my 1rst one).

This new acquired GMT was sold to me as a Noob. The other 297 I have is also a Noob, both are O series, but I clearly see differences between the two.
May RWI experts chime in to find out if both are Noob (different batches maybe) or if one is from another factory ?

Watch #1 : my old Noob (never mind the steel bracelet, aftermarket and does not fit well)
Watch #2 : the newly received one.

Main differences I see are :
- cyclop : more "ghost" effect on watch #2
- polishing of the case seems treated differently.
- casebacks are worked differently as well. Watch #1 engravings seem more crisp, solid, "old Noob" good quality and gen like to me.
- series numbers are different.

Any hints or clues gentlemen ?

Hello!

Of course, the watch in your photos is very different in many ways, but I guess in both cases it is NOOB.

Obviously, different years, different parties. I came across a similar one using PAM299 as an example.

Thank you KOT, if so then it's surprising how differences are seen between periods of production.
In an other hand, some details match : dials looks exactly the same for instance.

In anyway I am still happy with both
