292k not winding

Is there a easy fix for this? the last couple of times I have wound the watch it has felt "gritty" I suppose is the right word for it,

Then yesterday as I was winding it it all of a sudden went loose and will not wind up any more just feels like it is winding nothing.

Any help would be great thanks.

Tiss all good worked it out just had to tighten a screw on the movement.
