A friend of mine asked me to unload some straps for him and this one he sent me looks extremely big so I took a measurement and found out that it is a whopping 28/28 140/90. It has screwed in pins at the watch ends so I should think this may be one for the vintage Pam with fixed wire lugs.
This one will eventually goes on sale but I have no idea how much I should ask for it. Anybody have an idea..?

28mm was never ever on a Panny....but do it 27/26mm and you have the vintage standard size for the straps made in the early 50ies.....for both 3646 and 6152 .... those straps were in first place produced for the depth gauge and compass and OP just used them for the watches as well.
The strap you show normally came with the russian 3636 copies....they originally were designed by exWM to use for his high-end 3646 Radiomir....so the strap is a copy of a copy (squarecopy?)
You might sell for around 30$ shipped.
That looks exactly like the rep strap that came on my "vintage" 45mm Radiomir from Joshua with the fixed wire lugs. Not a bad strap, but not worth a ton, IMO.
