288k Owners, Say Hi!

So, I was just wondering the other day how many of us here have the 288k, and also, with the running serial numbers and a limit of 700 to each production run, how many production runs have there been.....

In other words - just a useless thread for all 288k owners to say hi and compare serial numbers here. (And to see who else might share the same serial no. as me). I'll start the ball rolling....

I'll be sure to post them here. The non-upgraded rep strap is utter garbage, IMO.

The only caveat is that Savage doesn't like to do tapers, so this will be a 27mm x 26mm strap with a tang buckle. If you're planning on keeping the deployant (which is quite good for a rep deployant, BTW), you'll need to look somewhere else.

TheWatchBoys.com have a nice black or brown gator for deployants @ ~$110, if you're looking to keep the rep deployant.

Gotta agree with you on the rep strap.

I'm kinda torn between keeping the deployant or not - I'd rather a thick strap (cuz it just worries me to see that big case attached to thin straps), but that ain't gonna fit in the deployant clasp (stupid question - is that rep deployant for a 20mm strap end?) Anyways - I'm actually leaning towards getting a custom made lizard or ostrich at the moment.... still, would be good to see other possibilities

actually the rep strap is very good but it still ain't a gen croc. I bit the bullet and order the croc strp for another $100.

Straps (hopefully) arriving this week. On rubber for now as mine has the deployment problem on the gen croc -_-.

The rep deployant is 22mm, I believe.
