288 Radiomir lug screws

Could someone please tell me where to get some of these from, dropped 2 whilst changing the strap...and they have completely disappeared...or has anyone got 2 I could buy?...I’m UK based...any help much appreciated

eBay has plenty of options. You can buy just the screws or a whole set of new lug bars.
