2836/3135 franken hybrid? on AliExpress

Found a couple of listings for this from a seller on AliExpress. It seems to be a 2836 clone modified to look like a 3135. The balance looks more like a 3135 than a 2836, and it seems to have a Rolex-style date wheel. But it has 2836-style keyless works and dial feet positions. Does anybody know what the story is with this?

The seller got back to me and said that it works with 2836 dials and hands. So I guess it really is some kind of hybrid. I'd really like to know what the story is with the balance.

It's just decorative plates on the rotors side.
