26mm strap on PAM 164?

My friend offer me a 26/22 GEN PAM Leather strap for cheap...I have put it on my 164...what you guys think...

Did you see the receipt? I have not seen an OEM Pam strap with that thick stitching. And I would not call someone who sold me a fake strap as a friend.

yes I saw the receipt he got this in HK. he paid 1600hkd years ago.

This specific strap was actually offered on the H-Factory 292's. It's %100 rep...

Well that means one of two things.

1. He bought the strap at 1600HKD and he got royally screwed.
2. He bought a gen strap at 1600HKD and sells you the rep strap using the receipt for the gen.

If it's the former, then you can return the strap and ask your friend for a refund. Also, being a good friend in turn, let him know of the situation and maybe he can get his money refunded (although highly unlikely since this is years ago).

If it's the latter, I would still return the strap and ask for the money back. However, all bets are off after that. I wouldn't buy a strap from him even if he said Angelo Bonati had it made especially for him. Wait, well maybe I would...:rofl:
