My 605 ZF screw bars are literally screwed and I am not very confident that they can hold the strap securely. Any reliable source for a replacement or for fat spring bars? Maybe on the bay or ali?
Don't wanna bother a TD for this small issue...

Found it on Google just try "26mm Panerai pin bar". But are you sure your threads on the case are still fine though and not buggered? If the thread on the lug bar is damaged, it may mean some as well on the lugs themselves. In that case (pun intended) or since you're buying anyway, you might as well try spring bar pins. These are specially designed to fit on PAMs and look like screw-in but are not.

Be sure to change the selection from the default 22mm to 26mm before ordering. ;) ,

Thanks Mysterio, I was sure you gonna provide some valuable input on this. In fact I've seen those on the bay, my major concern was that rep bars could be different? I bought some time 24mm ones from the bay and they were thicker and simply won't fit (returned them).

Tried some 24mm screw bars, threads are not in ideal shape, but still work.

Yeah, there may be differences in the thickness of the lug bards. I've seen what they call fat boys. which probably are as thick as the steel tubes on our straps. So you won't be able to use the tubes to prevent the lug bars from unscrewing themselves eventually, therefore you'd need to make sure they're securely fastened or apply some loctite to prevent the unscrewing. With springbars though, you won't need the tubes so you can use the thicker ones.

I ordered this 26mm from Ebay. Worst Ebay experience with the seller !
The bars are too thin and wont fit the VSF case (at least the 364). The "end" isn't catched by the case mechanism.

Totally useless...
