So my PAM 172 from PamFried has been sitting in Canadian customs now since last friday. Not sure what type of shipping was used, and if it was regular airmail this wait is understandable. If it was something faster..... :S

Not sure what to do. I havent had any of these problems when receiving EMS packages from Asia. I just hope i don't lose the watch! That will hurt as i will lose a fine watch and the one i traded.

Anyways, just sharing my story, because i know you are the only people who understand.

Have a good night guys/gals.

Andrew

Man that sucks Andrew, I know when I am waiting it seems like forever. Having it stuck in customs would be miserable. Good luck with that.

Don't give up hope yet...I had watches/straps shipped from Sunny Singapore from Pamfiried and others that took 3.5 weeks to get here (T.O., Canada).

For some strange reason, shipment to and from Singapore are painfully slow for Canada...The last time my package sat in Vancouver for over 2 weeks before it was delivered to my door.

The sun is peeking throught on this snowwy day.

Thanks Guys

i have a watch going to one of our members from canada to the usa. http://www.canadapost.ca shows that it left on the 11th at 1047am and hit winnipeg, and it should go out to the states from there. on http://www.usps.com it shows ith was shipped on the 11th at 1047. canada customs has been being a bitch lately.

Not to worry just yet. Canada can be sicklingly slow sometimes. I sent a sweatshirt up north to a friend a week before thanksgiving, thinking it would get there in December. Did not show up until till two weeks ago.

Not necessary a custom problem....I have shipped many watches south and some may take upto 2.5 weeks to show up at the door of the recipient if you sent it on regular mail with tracking. EMS with tracking usually takes a week.

Tracking is OK with Canadapost....Once it left Canada, it will not be trackable on the USPS until it arrives at the local post office of the recipient. And sometimes the websites never get updated even after the package was delivered.

But, the good thing is I never have had lost any packages so far.....
