252 cg pin polishing

Can anyone tell how I could polish the cg pin on this now that I have beadblasted it.
I know you can't see it in the pic but it's still there. Hoping to do this without removing the pin.

I dont really know how you could do it without removing the pin because you will end up polishing the crown guard too. Maybe taping up around the pin? This would be far from ideal and dunno if it would look any good. Why dont you wanna remove the pin?

Just tap it out, it's not a problem if you have the proper tools.

Remove the movement. Set to the time to 12. Pull hands. Remove dial. Then take a womens sainging block, the kind with 4 sides and use the softest side on the cp. Put the dial back on. Then the hands. Then your good :)

Hes talking about crown guard pin, not cannon pin. At least thats what is says in his post anyway.

Crud. That's why I get for skimming :)

You have to remove the cg pin... Because you will have to rebrush the cg
