24mm strap canvas and leather

What do you think? External it's canvas, inside it's leather...

Looks nice, but I have some doubts... perhaps it's too inaccurate

Don't like the stitching & the rough edges.. The concept and colors are cool, but the result is just too messy, to my liking.

I think there is potential.....maybe a darker canvas, cleaner edges?

The first one cost $45 and the concept is nice, like a WWII strap. No bad with a Submersible or a dark Luminor like PVD or titanium.

The second cost $75, more "polite". Very nice.
I dont know how it's build inside. I'm going to ask.

Yep! Nice, but I think that is expensive like Micah.

I've been interested in the Phalanx strap from Crown&Buckle. It looks pretty good for $28. Does anyone have any opinions on it?

Cheap for sure, but short for my wrist. And I dont like 24/22 straps. I prefer 24/24

Guys, just one question - how well does the canvas top withstand the wear time? Do the threads on the edges tear in time? 'Cos that's what I'm afraid of - that they will tear when rubbed against the buckle.

Yeah it sure does. I'll buy the black version whenever they release it. I'm getting the short/regular size though. Here's a picture of the black one that should be available soon:

If you don't mind ordering from the UK there is a guy called Steveo that makes custom strap to your requirements and he has a similar canvas/leather strap on his "top end" page. I can vouch for the quality as I have bought 3 straps from him. The site is Steveostraps.com and they cost less than £30 per strap.

Take a look if you want something different.
