They have them with the logo. Just message the sellers. Mostly I think they just advertise without it and in many cases will send with it whether you rent it or not. But they most definitely have it with the logo.
Now the question is the quality and what you get for your money.

If your looking for a simple Panerai pin buckle there are some on eBay.. you just have to search "Pan erai". I am sure that the little guy in Hong Kong knows that he will get busted for copywright infringement if he uses "Panerai". I doubt that an official Pam branded pin buckle is $29
Have asked all of them- with strap always the clasp is 22mm (strap lug width 24mm), or they don’t sell with logo!
Have tried without success - a pin buckle is no problem, but I’m searching for a deployment clasp…
Yes that I understand. I was looking for the same thing. Thats how I found Mr. Pan Erai. But if you do find one let us all know!

Interesting. Meanwhile, I'm looking for the Radiomir type deployment buckle with the Panerai logo.
I ordered rubbers from wish, where you can choose as an option buckle or clasp included.
