212 - need the black 'small' hands; & dial

Hi, I have a great 212 from EL that's been running well. I am loth [UK spelling!] to discard it. But it has the flaw that the seconds' hand and timing hand are silver - not black as they should be.

So, before I get all crazy, does anyone know of a supplier of suitably charcoaled seconds' hands?

Oh, and a correct dial would also be wonderful, ie, most particularly the outside markers irregularly spaced to the outside of the dial - not to the inside.
