Hi all, just received a new Pam 210 Radiomir which has a screw down crown. When I screw or unscrew the crown it makes this clicking sound. Is this something I should be worried about or perhaps a symptom of a serious issue? The watch otherwise functions as it should, keeping good time with 48 hours of power reserve. Thank you.

Some do that. What happens is the stem is a little too long and you are actually winding the watch 1 or 2 more clicks before the crown screws down on the tube. If you turn it over and watch the click when you do it, yow will see it move.

OR the stem is a little long and the click you hear is it engaging the keyless works, which as long as you say is running fine, shouldn't be a problem either.

Spankster-

Thanks for the explanation. It does not look like the mainspring is being wound at all when I screw or unscrew the crown, so I guess its the keyless issue you mentioned? It's a little weird but I guess I'll just have to get used to it.
