It does not have a 2nd balance wheel, not that it is faux. A mistake on the listing on my part.

It appears that the front (dial side) balance wheel is functional. And there is no balance wheel on the back side (red arrow). So this isn't a "double balance wheel" movement, but that's ok. The designers of this rep weren't going to make a double balance movement and in my opinion they made the right choice by putting the single (functional) balance wheel on the dial side so that it would be visible and didn't bother putting a fake non-functional balance wheel on the back.

For reference this is what the gen AP 15407 movement looks like:




Obviously the rep doesn't have a free sprung balance, nor does it have two balance wheels. But the functional balance is where it should be (on the dial side) and the rest of the movement looks very well cloned. I'm impressed.

Apologies on that. I didn't have a quality photo of the watch yet to do a nice banner, so I had to make do with using gen pics for the banner.
