20mm Deployant Buckle?

As much as 42mm aren't very popular, i am having hard time finding 20mm deployant buckle...

Since 20mm can accommodate 40 and 42mm cases. Thinking logically 22mm should fit 42 and 44mm?

Maybe it doesn't work that way...

Any recommendations or places where I can find 20mm would be very helpful

Thank you but Panerai "Style" meaning this is not a strap rep right? (without logo, engraving etc)
