201a or 000

I got my davidsen 202a PVD and as everyone has reported, it's fantastic. So now I want a SS one. He's got the 201a and the 000 dials. If I'm looking at them correctly the only thing different is the 201a is sandwich and the 000 is sausage. Is there any other difference or anything else i should consider like accuracy, historical significance, etc.

I have the 202a too...and im still need to save for davidsens product ...I might go for 201a..if have more fund...go for 201a...its really cool
