2018 Womens Santos Quartz Movement

Hey guys, I know TT is not a TD here but I have had great service with him. I came across this watch:

Does anyone have any experience with this quartz model? Also, did Cartier ever make this 2018 model with a quartz movement as a gen watch? I haven't seen a quartz version of the 2018 besides the Dumont.
