2 months no QC and no longer responding to emails

I ordered a custom modded nautilus 5711/1a from chazing on 7/13/24. They were initially very responsive as I have followed up weekly over the past couple of months. I understand that modded watches take longer, such is life. For the past couple of weeks there have been no responses to any of my emails (yes I checked my junk). I understand that they are busy but as a customer who has bought reps for over a decade I should reasonably expect a response in a day or two. At this point I have offered to use the credit for the watch on other watches, should rgis watch be too difficult to source. Chazing has a wonderful and well earned reputation and am hoping that he will come through for me soon. Great dealers sometimes go through rough patches and haven’t even once not received the watch I ordered from a trusted dealer on this site ever, not once so I have a lot of faith.

I have written the help and submitted a ticket and I’m hoping that will help, although I was told by a poster given this account was set up recently, that they wouldn’t be willing to help. That said, I am a longtime member (since 2013), who has been away from the hobby for several years. My previous Hotmail account was hacked so I no longer had access to my RWI username/password so I opened, suffice to say I’m not a newbie.

2 weeks with no answer, while annoying, isn't the world and as far as I know the system, if there's nothing new to tell, there will be no communication. As long as you used the right chazingtime you don't have anything to worry about. Sometimes it takes longer and I continue reading about police raids which slow things. I'd let them do their work and email them once every one or two weeks without expectations.

Since I can understand this time you invested a proper amount of money we can try to see if he will respond here.

I am in the same position as you but not as old as you, 5 weeks no QC update and no consistent replies to emails. The watch is a 15500 AP , Order: 76948

Still waiting for my custom modded 5712 (USD 4k) since April. I'm okay with the wait, but I've seen others receive the same modded watch within a month from Chazingtime.
