I did my first purchase Rolex DJ ( first rep purchase too) to Jime ( https://jtime.io/ and whatsapp +8613928869440) on July 9th, on July 12th I got the QC pictures. However I learnt also that my Swift Wire transfer had arrived but Jtime bank account number was missing from the transfer and Jtime bank did not want to proceed to move the funds to his target account.
As the same time Lana also sent me the QC pics and I was honest and told her to hold on till my payment was cleared out and fully received by Jtime.
So my money was like flying in the air but not landing on Jtime bank account.
I struggled to get any help from my bank, then asked Jtime to push back the wire transfer (560 USD) to me / the emiter. According to Jtime, funds were sent back to me mid last week on July 17th.
Now I 'm checking my bank account daily hoping to see the 560 USD minus fees back to me and then to use Bitcoin, but it's taking ages.
I wonder how much time a fund wire transfer from China to France can take and I hope I did not loose my money. Jtime told be there should also be another bank in between if I understood correctly.
I also hope that I talked with the real Jtime , I order through https://jtime.io/ and chatted with whatsapp +8613928869440.
Did you guys have any similar experience ? My bank told me that I did fill in correctly the Bank account number of Jtime.
but according to Jtime this crucial info got missing when arriving on the Chinese bank.
I'm still crossing the fingers but I begin to loose hopes. However, Jtime replies me everytime through whatsapp but it’s me who is asking updates every time.
Maybe I should have used Wise or bitcoins instead on my French bank where customer service is not very helpful too.
