1st time customer with Trusty... Getting nervous

I ordered with Andrew and Trusty on December 1st. I still have not received the watch after he said it would take 4-12 days to prepare the watch that I spent over $700 on. When I check the tracking it states the item hasn't even been received by the carrier. When I reach out to Andrew I just get what looks like a copy and pasted email about COVID-19 delays. While I realize delays happen, is it normal to be over 30 days to receive an order?

Yes its normal. I’m also waiting on a watch from Andrew and tracking doesn’t do much. My experience is that tracking works when the postman is on your doorstep. Postal is crazy these days due to the pandemic and we had the holidays of course. Be patient, this is all in the game.

I agree with frankko. COVID has taken its toll on orders and delivery times and the tracking is unreliable. I’ve ordered from Andrew multiple times and he always came through. Be patient. Thirty plus days is normal in the current environment.

Ok. Thank you for responses guys. This makes me feel a little better. If we get to 60 days I will start panicking at that point.

My experience matches the others. I've purchased 4 watches from Trusty Time and all have arrived in around a month and a half from payment. Q.C. photos for me took about 2 weeks,and tracking did not work at all until the watch was in my home country. Sometimes the watches arrived while the status said the watch was in customs for inspection.
