Andrew has been around for a long time, and this was my first rep purchase from a TD in about 4 years for the wife's birthday
Good communication, QC pics were very detailed an after an initial reject of 1st watch a new one was sourced ad photographed and given the thumbs up
Very happy with the product and Andrew, and considering it probably is very challenging environment at the moment due to aftermath of Covid, a smooth experience
